Hey Skyhawks! All Fall 2022 rental textbooks are due back to the bookstore December 16th!. Finish with them early? No problem! Return them and AVOID LATE FEES!

There are 3 easy options for returning your rental books!  Details can be found below.

If you are unsure of the rentals you have out, contact us via email, phone, or chat and provide your Student ID number and full name and we can tell you your rental titles! 

If you need to keep your rental books and wish to purchase them, please contact us and we will process your rental book 'buyout' for you!

Option 1:

  • RETURN YOUR RENTALS TO THE BOOKSTORE DURING BUSINESS HOURS.  WE ARE OPEN!
    Fall Hours:
    Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm

Option 2:

  • WE HAVE A 24/7 DROPBOX LOCATED OUTSIDE THE STUDENT UNION BUILDING'S ENTRANCE TO THE POST OFFICE ACROSS FROM NOBLE HALL.
    This is a contact free way for local students, or students passing through, to return their books to a secure location 24/7 prior to the return deadline. Make sure your name is clearly visible on the back of each book. If it is not, please write it inside the front cover.

 

Option 3:

  • SHIP THEM BACK TO US - THIS OPTION REQUIRES PACKING MATERIALS AND ACCESS TO DROP OFF OR PICK-UP BY USPS, FEDEX, OR UPS
      **The FLC Skystore is not responsible for rental books that are lost or damaged in transit to the bookstore. The customer will be held liable for the buyout cost of lost or damaged rentals due to shipping issues.**

    Follow the steps below:
    •  LOCATE YOUR RENTALS:
      • On the back of all of our rental books, there is a sticker with the due date.
      • If you are unsure of the rentals you have out, send an email to skystorebooks@textbookbrokers.com with your student ID number and full name and we will email you back with the books you rented.

    • BOX THEM UP
      • Please make sure that all items are packaged securely to prevent any damage during the shipping process. Fill any empty spaces with clean filler such as bubble wrap, newspapers, or other packing materials.
        Make sure to include a note in your package with as much information as possible so that we can be sure to check the rentals in on the correct student account.  Below is the information we can use to process your return:
      • - Student ID Number (required)
        - Name (required)
        - Order number
        - Address
        - Email Address
        - Phone Number

    • CREATE YOUR RETURN SHIPPING LABEL
      • We suggest that you ship your rental returns back to us through your local post office using USPS Priority mail. This is the best option, as it includes $100 insurance on your package and tracking information. If your books value at more than $100, you may want to consider adding more insurance to your package. *We are not responsible for items that are lost or stolen during transit.* (Click the USPS icon below to create a label online)
      • You can also ship your rentals back using FedEx or UPS.  (Click icons below to create a label online)

    • EMAIL US YOUR TRACKING INFORMATION

Failure to return the rented materials by the rental return date will result in the credit card on file to be charged a $10.00 late fee per book. Materials more than one week overdue may incur a charge of the full retail price of the rented materials minus the amount paid for the initial rental. The FLC Skytore’s refund policy applies for all rental materials.
