Textbooks, packages, & access codes These items may be returned within 14 days from the first day of class of each term. Shrink-wrapped texts and packages are non-refundable for full value once the shrink wrap is broken or removed. Access codes cannot be returned once any seals have been broken, scratched off, or shrink-wrap removed. Any new books returned out of their original packaging or no longer in 'new' condition will be refunded at a used book value (subject to manager approval). |

Merchandise and gifts (does not include Best Buy Products) These items may be refunded within 10 days or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date. All items must be in original/unopened packaging with the tags still attached. |

Computer & Software (does not include Best Buy Products) These items must be unopened and returned within 10 days of the original purchase date for a refund. All opened computers and software are non-returnable. |

Best Buy Products (all products purchased through the Best Buy link) Best Buy items are shipped directly from Best Buy and are eligible for a refund within 14 days from the original date of purchase. However, changes and cancellations can ONLY be made for 30 minutes after an order is placed. After that time has passed, all returned/cancelled/refunded orders will incur a 15% restocking fee. All items must be in original/unopened packaging with the tags still attached. |

eBooks These items must be returned within 10 days from the original purchase date. Cengage Unlimited and Courseware are NON-REFUNDABLE once the access code has been redeemed. |
